When opening Accounts, Contacts, and other forms, the load times are extremely slow on certain client machines (30-60 second load times).
To resolve this issue, start by clearing the Internet Explorer cache. This can be accomplished in Internet Explorer version 7.0 by choosing "Delete Browsing History" from the Tools menu. Choose both the "Delete Files" and "Delete History" options.
Next, configure the client-side browser settings:
- Start Internet Explorer
- From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options
- Click on the "Settings" button next to "Browsing History"
- Check the radio button beside "Automatically", and set the Disk Space Use option to 250
- Click OK twice to return to Internet Explorer
The next time you open forms in CRM, the load time should be much quicker, particularly on the second and subsequent times that you load the same record type. For instance, the first time you open an account, you may notice a slight delay. However, the next account you open should be much faster.

Deleting browsing history is a not possible for everybody!
For technical and practical reason I MUST keep at least 6 months of history.
So "making space" for one application on account of other applications is not a solution.
