How do I add the mapping of Parent Company on the Contact in CRM to Company on the Contact in Outlook? Why wouldn't that already be mapped by default?

This is good information, but I have been having trouble with reminder date (which is not a field in the list mentioned in this post) being reset on my Tasks synched with CRM db (and there are other posts/replies to this same issue on the MS CRM Community).

I am on CRM 4.0. I do not suspect we have applied any update roll-ups since migrating to 4.0 (from 3.0) earlier Fall/Winter 08/09.
