hi, i tried using this tool to edit my my sitemap.I added a new pane, tried to publish it to CRM but it sends back a message saying 'server unable to process request'. any reasons for this?

The cause is that this tool hasn't been updated to work with sitemap changes made in the update rollups, so it doesn't work. Wish it would be.

When I try to connect to crm with this tool I got an error.How can I solve this?

Make sure you are running it on premises on your network
