what a damn shame the information is locked up tighter than Fort Knox.
I'm just a lowly analyst/programmer on a small team, hacking DynamicsCRM to try and make it do what we need. The "customer" is the bosses' bosses' boss so no hope of getting access through him.
as for the "partner" who consulted on this install, man, we haven't seen him for dust. took a huge wad of cash and bolted - bad luck for all the follow up questions we had.
so, I found your post after taking an interest in wanting to see where this platform was heading, see if it's really worth the time to care about it.
... and sadly I've come away none the wiser. Meh.
