Given the Microsoft Dynamics CRM is such a flexible XRM platform that can be adapted and configured to an infinite number of scenarios, it can sometimes be difficult to quickly explain what the platform can do to someone who is not familiar with the idea of CRM. This was a discussion that recently came up in the CRM MVP community. I took a stab at answering the question, as did other MVP’s including Customer Effective’s Scott Sewell.
