I'm a system admin and the the Ribbon Workbench button is disabled, any ideas?

@David - I haven't experienced that issue, your best bet would be to check with the author of the utility - Scott Durow (@ScottDurow) at his site - http://www.develop1.net/public/page/Ribbon-Workbench-for-Dynamics-CRM-2011.aspx
He has a faq and forum there.
